As of 2008, I own a 10" Orion Intelli-telescope, with a Canon 570IS 7.1 digital camera. I've taken every image you see here with it. 'Afocal' astrophotography means to hold the camera lens within the focuser and take quick short exposures. This doesn't work well on dim or feint objects, such as a galaxies and nebula.

Some photos were good, most were bad, but it's alot of fun, and extremely educational. You'll find alot of 'duplicates', but this is intentional. I record all my different quality shots. Please note that most of the images in here are originals, as I don't photoshop them unless obviously noticeable.

Born on July 4th 2008, I bought Misty (White Female) and Klesk (Black Male). They're everything to me, and really super awesome dogs. Naughty, but nice. Here are their adventures on Earth.
